Campus opens its doors to prospective students The Sputnik August 11, 2009 UncategorizedOverall, the feedback was positive, and the volunteer ambassadors of Laurier Brantford saw lots of students come through the doors – more than last year’s numbers. The word from ambassadors was that there was a “great turnout” with “lots of eager students.” Melissa Clark, an upcoming first year student who is now enrolled in Concurrent Education, said the day was extremely helpful. “We got a lot of information,” she said. Her favourite part of the tour? “I really like the residences.” In terms of enrollment, most future students were enrolled in the major – and more established – programs here at the university, such as Con Ed, Criminology, Contemporary Studies, and Journalism.
